  • • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core platform capabilities supporting enterprise software, data intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions used for identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, and customer acquisition.
  • • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and autonomous systems teams to deliver scalable, high-impact platform features across APIs, web applications, mobile solutions, and large-scale data processing systems.
  • • Lead platform modernization and innovation initiatives focused on scalability, reliability, performance, and extensibility to support both current products and next-generation AI-driven capabilities.
  • • Translate complex technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery teams.
  • • Define and evolve API strategy to ensure a seamless developer experience and robust integration capabilities using REST APIs, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and similar tools.
  • • Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders to align platform investments with company-wide business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • • Operate within Agile and Kanban frameworks, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery processes to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • • Identify and mitigate technical risks related to system scalability, availability, and integrations across distributed platforms and data pipelines.
  • • Support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing technical product expertise, answering platform-related inquiries, and enabling customer-facing solutions.
  • • Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive developments to inform long-term platform strategy and innovation direction.
  • • Partner with AI and autonomous systems teams to define product requirements for agent-driven engineering workflows, AI-enabled delivery models, and AI-assisted software development processes.
  • • Balance strategic initiatives with business priorities and technical constraints to drive prioritization of platform features that deliver maximum enterprise value.
  • • Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex system architecture into accessible product narratives and business outcomes.
  • • Drive adoption of platform capabilities across internal product teams and external enterprise clients through clear documentation, developer enablement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of AI governance frameworks, multi-agent workflows, and prompt engineering practices as they relate to platform functionality and product delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8 years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on technical, platform, or infrastructure-focused products
  • • Demonstrated success owning platform roadmaps and delivering complex technical initiatives
  • • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and scalable platform design
  • • Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and developer tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar technologies
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make informed decisions in fast-moving environments
