• • As a TPM, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing and managing intricate software projects from inception to successful completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, and ultimately driving the delivery of market-leading technology solutions.
• • You will be a key architect in defining and implementing robust, broad-based processes and mechanisms. These initiatives will be designed to systematically remove ambiguity, foster alignment across large, disparate organizations, and significantly accelerate our rate of delivery against crucial business and technical goals.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve leading efforts cross-organizationally to ensure that program and project objectives are tightly aligned with overarching business goals. This includes strategic planning, meticulous roadmapping, and diligent execution to guarantee the achievement of these vital objectives.
• • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our internal customers and partner teams. In this capacity, you will provide invaluable, strategic input on best practices, emerging trends, and optimal offerings related to our Engineering initiatives, helping to shape the future of our technological landscape.
• • Proactive planning and meticulous preparation for program communications will be essential. You will be adept at preparing comprehensive reports and confidently leading discussions with Executive teams, ensuring clear, concise, and impactful information dissemination.
