- • As a Technical Program Manager for Identity and Access Management Programs at Stripe, you will drive critical security initiatives that protect the platform and its users, ensuring the integrity of financial infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide.
- • You will lead end-to-end program management for security-focused initiatives including API key security, Account Takeover prevention, login access controls, and fraud prevention measures, while managing cross-team dependencies and resolving blockers across engineering, security, and product teams.
- • You will partner with engineering managers to define technical requirements, develop implementation roadmaps, establish metrics for security outcomes, and represent OAP security initiatives in leadership reviews and cross-functional meetings.
- • You will work within Stripe’s Developer Experience & Product Platform (DEeP) organization, contributing to a shared product platform that enables consistent, high-quality developer experiences across Stripe’s UI and API surfaces, helping accelerate customer value creation.
- • You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in security program management, influence technical decisions without direct authority, and contribute to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet through secure, scalable financial infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of technical program management experience with demonstrated success in security-focused initiatives
- • Experience managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- • Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, particularly in API security, authentication systems, and access controls
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences
- • Proven track record of influencing decisions across teams without direct authority
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
