Technical Program Manager, Payments Experiences

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Program Manager on Stripe’s Payments Experiences team, you will drive the delivery of key initiatives that empower merchants to create seamless, secure, and high-converting payment experiences across products like Payment Links, Elements, Checkout, and Terminal.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to design, scope, and shepherd features; create functional specs, project plans, and roadmaps; own and execute multiple software engineering programs simultaneously; and drive clarity across stakeholders on goals, problems, and outcomes.
• • You’ll join a mission-driven team at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of businesses worldwide to increase the GDP of the internet, where your work directly impacts global commerce and user experience.
• • In this role, you’ll have significant influence on product roadmap and technical direction, sharpen your ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and deliver long-term impact by solving complex, cross-functional challenges with a user-first mindset.
