- • As a Technical Program Manager in Risk and Compliance at Stripe, you will drive large-scale technical programs that address complex financial and regulatory challenges while protecting the company’s brand and enabling secure growth for millions of businesses globally.
- • You will partner with engineering, product, and strategy teams to define, scope, plan, and execute cross-functional initiatives, leveraging deep systems knowledge to improve team communication, operational efficiency, and decision-making through data-driven frameworks and KPIs.
- • You will produce high-quality documentation, proposals, and plans that align teams across time zones and disciplines, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability in delivering mission-critical risk mitigation solutions.
- • Stripe’s Risk and Compliance Engineering team builds products and platforms to lower financial and regulatory risk at scale while maintaining best-in-class user experiences — your work will directly contribute to safeguarding Stripe’s infrastructure and enabling trust in the global internet economy.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management experience
- • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information and make sound recommendations
- • Proven track record of providing end-to-end program management throughout software development lifecycle, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
- • Very strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders across the organization
- • Experience driving internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, including leading large-scale efforts across time zones and disciplines
