- • As a Technical Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist at PatientPoint, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of programmatic advertising campaigns that drive healthier patient behaviors across the nation’s largest digital health network in physician offices. Your work directly supports PatientPoint’s mission to transform the healthcare experience by delivering behavior-changing content at pivotal moments of care, contributing to improved health outcomes for millions of patients.
- • You will manage the end-to-end deployment of advertising campaigns across multiple content management systems and product lines, monitoring campaign performance, identifying anomalies in setup and pacing, and proactively resolving issues to ensure flawless delivery. This includes tracking device health across SSP partners, reviewing contract obligations, managing creative and targeting changes, and maintaining compliance with out-of-market dates and scheduling requirements.
- • You will collaborate closely with internal Client Success Managers, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign goals, communicate updates, and ensure seamless execution that fulfills contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems, including RTB, PMP, deal IDs, and ad tech stacks (ad servers, SSPs, OMS), while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce and JIRA. You’ll develop advanced analytical and organizational skills, becoming a trusted expert in campaign QA, compliance, and cross-functional coordination—positioning you for growth into senior ad operations, yield optimization, or campaign management roles within the digital health and advertising technology sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, QA, and video tags
- • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience with deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (RTB, PMP, deal IDs) and publisher ad tech (ad servers, SSPs, OMS)
- • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; excellent communication and presentation abilities
