We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead the predictable, safe, and successful delivery of our innovative AI solutions within demanding enterprise environments.
- • As a TPM at Tessera Labs, you will be more than just a project coordinator; you will be a technical leader, deeply involved in understanding and guiding the implementation of our AI-driven modernization platforms. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between our customers' complex technical landscapes and Tessera's advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities.
- • You will own the end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs, encompassing ERP, CRM, and a variety of other critical enterprise systems. This involves leading and empowering a cross-functional delivery pod, comprised of Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects, to drive technical execution and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- • A core aspect of this role is your ability to engage deeply with customers, meticulously translating their intricate needs into actionable, technically sound plans. You will ensure seamless alignment between diverse stakeholders and the dedicated delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- • You will be expected to participate actively in technical discussions, offering insights on data quality, system architectures, integration challenges, and governance frameworks. Your technical fluency will be essential in translating ambiguous enterprise requirements into clear, well-defined technical scopes, achievable milestones, critical dependencies, and robust risk management structures.
- • Serving as the primary technical bridge, you will facilitate clear and effective communication between customer engineering teams and Tessera’s internal AI, product, and engineering organizations. This involves articulating complex architectures, technical decisions, inherent constraints, and strategic trade-offs with precision, catering to both highly technical and less technical audiences.
- • You will lead discovery workshops, expertly interpreting complex system landscapes and ensuring technical alignment across all involved parties. This requires a strong understanding of how various enterprise systems interact and the potential challenges in integrating new AI solutions.
- • Driving Agile workflows with unwavering discipline and structure is paramount to achieving predictable and reliable delivery. You will proactively anticipate potential technical and operational risks, developing clear and effective mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- • A key responsibility will be to implement and refine best practices for scaling multi-agent AI delivery across a diverse customer base. This includes establishing consistent methodologies and processes that ensure quality and efficiency.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery velocity, quality metrics, and overall execution health, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- • Ensuring that all deliveries meet stringent enterprise-grade standards for security, compliance, auditability, and change governance is non-negotiable. You will oversee the technical prerequisites for seamless integration across major enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, and other leading platforms.
- • During onboarding, implementation, and expansion phases, you will act as the primary technical operations contact, providing expert guidance and support. You will adeptly manage customer escalations, coordinating rapid and effective engineering responses with clear, timely communication.
- • Partnering closely with customer IT and transformation teams is essential to drive alignment, resolve issues, and unblock technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and successful project lifecycle.
- • Embracing a startup mindset, you will operate effectively in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to evolving customer needs. This includes a willingness to travel to customer sites for workshops, solution design sessions, and program oversight.
- • Your ability to balance deep engineering understanding with robust program structure and executive-level communication will be key to your success. You will operate with extreme ownership, demonstrating a bias for clarity and decisive action, thriving in ambiguity by creating structure where none exists.
- • Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required to navigate relationships with customer executives, engineers, and internal cross-functional teams. You must adapt quickly, simplify complex problems, and drive consensus and alignment towards project goals.
