- • Manage project scope, collaborating on the definition of goals, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and tracking change requests when required.
- • Lead project planning and progress tracking, working with the team on estimates and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
- • Serve as team lead, assembling cross-functional teams with balanced skill sets, monitoring performance, maintaining team motivation, and managing conflicts to ensure high performance.
- • Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying potential risks and defining mitigation strategies.
- • Coordinate with business stakeholders, including clients, account managers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project objectives and context.
- • Document QA processes, implementation procedures, ad formats, and technical specifications to support internal knowledge sharing.
- • Support the rollout of new products and the implementation of technical integrations for new advertising vendors in collaboration with product and revenue teams.
- • Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory requirements, communicating technical implications to revenue and development teams.
- • Monitor performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party systems, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- • Experience working with CMS-based products and understanding the differences between CMS and non-CMS platforms. Familiarity with systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico, or similar is preferred.
- • Experience working with both Fixed Price / Fixed Timeline and Time & Materials delivery models.
- • Strong understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid delivery models.
