- • As a Technical Recruiter (Temp - Per Diem), you will be instrumental in shaping our technology teams by managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for critical engineering, IT, and product development roles. You will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, developing a profound understanding of their unique hiring needs and translating these insights into highly effective, targeted recruiting strategies. This role demands a proactive approach, a deep well of technical recruiting expertise, and a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global corporate environment. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to deliver cutting-edge educational technology.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Own the complete recruiting lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of requisitions across Engineering, Information Technology, and Product Development. This includes proactively sourcing, meticulously screening, expertly interviewing, and coordinating offers, all while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in technology hiring, providing strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR business partners. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning talent acquisition strategies with overarching business objectives and priorities.
- • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive technical and product talent. This involves leveraging advanced search techniques and utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to build robust talent pipelines.
- • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating not only technical qualifications and functional expertise but also cultural alignment and long-term potential. Provide data-backed recommendations to hiring managers to support informed selection decisions.
- • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, building trust and credibility through consistent communication and a deep understanding of their team's needs.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Curriculum Associates, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm to all candidates. Your efforts will be key in delivering an exceptional and consistent candidate experience that reflects our company values.
- • Utilize data and key recruiting metrics to meticulously track progress, identify trends, and share actionable insights with hiring managers on a regular cadence. Propose and implement improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously refine our talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Manage candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and providing timely updates to all relevant parties.
- • Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure a cohesive and positive onboarding experience for new hires, contributing to their successful integration into the company.
- • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking out and engaging with a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring equitable opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
- • Provide feedback to the business on market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends to inform strategic workforce planning.
- • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- • This is a temporary, per diem role, offering flexibility while contributing to critical hiring needs.
