• • The Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and uptime of Xsolla’s global commerce platform, which supports game developers and players worldwide by enabling seamless payment, distribution, and monetization services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating incident response across cross-functional teams, analyzing production incidents to identify trends and patterns, improving communication with partners during service disruptions, and leading post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement in system reliability and operational processes.
• • The role sits within the Global Technical Operations (GTO) team at Xsolla, a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment focused on maintaining high-availability platforms in payments, e-commerce, SaaS, and gaming sectors.
• • The TSO Lead will develop expertise in incident management, ITIL frameworks, observability tools, and technical operations while gaining influence in shaping operational excellence, communication protocols, and resilience strategies for a global commerce infrastructure serving over 1,500+ game developers.
