- • As a Technical Solutions Manager (German Speaking) at DeepL SE, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, bridging the gap between complex AI-powered language solutions and real-world business needs. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless adoption and integration of DeepL’s platform, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention, and the company’s mission to break down language barriers globally.
- • Day to day, you will: act as the primary technical liaison for prospects and clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions and simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders; troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges involving SSO authentication (especially Entra ID/Azure), REST APIs, SCIM, browser extension deployment via Intune/GPO, and other enterprise systems; collaborate with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to guide customers through implementation and expansion phases, ensuring technical confidence and satisfaction; develop and deliver enablement tools, training collateral, and best practices in partnership with Product Marketing to scale technical knowledge across the Customer organisation; gather and synthesize customer feedback on future functionality needs to inform product roadmap decisions; and maintain deep technical fluency to advise on architecture, deployment strategies, and emerging technologies relevant to DeepL’s platform.
- • You will join a dynamic, globally distributed Technical Solutions Management team within DeepL’s Customer organisation, operating at the strategic intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. This team is composed of technically adept professionals who enable enterprise adoption of DeepL’s Language AI platform through expert guidance, proactive problem-solving, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in enterprise SaaS implementation, API integration, identity management, and technical consulting — all within the context of cutting-edge AI technology. You will sharpen your ability to influence product direction through customer insights, lead multi-stakeholder technical projects, and grow as a trusted advisor in a fast-moving, purpose-driven scale-up where your contributions directly shape both customer outcomes and product evolution.
