• • As a Technical Specialist Intern at Deliverect NV in Mexico City, you will support the Partnerships Department by managing channel activations, providing updates to reseller partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. Your role is critical in helping businesses expand revenue and simplify operations through Deliverect’s API-first platform that connects on and off-premise solutions for food and retail industries.
• • Day to day, you will coach and educate partners on product features, identify areas for improvement, maintain strong partner relationships, and contribute to increasing efficiency within the white label partnerships team by fostering long-term engagement and trust through transparent communication.
