- • The Technical Support Analyst II role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of CSG’s software products for global telecommunications clients, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational continuity through expert troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Level 2 technical support to resolve production errors, designing and modifying CSG product applications, conducting system health checks, managing software releases via Jenkins/CI tools, performing testing and bug verification, updating support documentation in Remedy Knowledge Management, collaborating with R&D teams for escalations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs, and working in rotating shifts including on-call, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- • 3–5 years of experience in the software industry, with telecommunications industry experience preferred
- • Proficiency in Unix/Linux (shell scripting, basic administration, performance monitoring) and Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
- • Experience with Jenkins (CI/CD), Microsoft Office, and ticket/queue management systems
- • ITIL accreditation and AWS certifications are considered advantages
- • Ability to work in shifts, including on-call, 24/7 availability, weekends, and public holidays
