- • As a Technical Support Engineer – L1 at Kaseya, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer delight by meeting or exceeding internal KPI targets while providing expert technical support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via chat, phone, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage, networking, and directory services, all while maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- • You will join Kaseya’s global support team in Bangalore, India, contributing to a company that serves over 10,000 customers across 20+ countries and manages more than 15 million endpoints worldwide, backed by Insight Venture Partners and driven by a culture of accountability and excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, gain hands-on experience with hybrid cloud and on-premise systems, and develop advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux/UNIX, virtualization, networking, and storage technologies, positioning yourself for long-term growth in technical support or systems engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • Working knowledge of major operating systems: Linux/UNIX, Windows, and macOS
- • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V
- • Proficiency in BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting, system boot diagnostics, and Linux command-line troubleshooting using PuTTY/SSH
- • Experience with Windows Server Core management, Active Directory permissions (ACLs), Group Policy, and NAS/SAN/RAID/storage concepts
- • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, firewall configuration, and network diagnostics using CLI tools (ping, ipconfig, traceroute, Nmap)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
