- • As a Technical Support Engineer at Redis, you will help customers diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with Redis Enterprise Software, playing a key role in supporting name-brand customers worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot software issues, reproduce customer environments, document findings, collaborate with Engineering, perform root cause analysis, analyze performance across cloud and on-prem deployments, manage critical customer issues, advocate for timely resolutions, and contribute to product development and training.
