  • • A key aspect of your contribution will be working hand-in-hand with our development engineers. You will be instrumental in identifying software defects, reporting bugs, and providing detailed feedback that directly informs product improvements and future development cycles.

This includes rigorously testing new features before they are released to customers and developing innovative tools and automation to scale our deployments and bolster our auto-support infrastructure, thereby increasing efficiency and reliability.
  • • Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will proactively analyze our existing customer base. This strategic analysis aims to identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring the stability and success of our customers' implementations.
  • • Your customer interactions and technical findings will be a vital source of product evolution. You will define and champion changes to our product, translating customer feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights for our engineering team, thereby shaping the future direction of CodeRabbit.
  • • You will be a key contributor to our knowledge management efforts, developing and maintaining both internal and external knowledge bases. This includes creating comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to empower customers and internal teams, driving continuous improvement across all support functions.
