- • As a Technical Support Engineer I at Bullhorn, you will serve as the highest point of escalation for clients resolving complex technical and custom application-related inquiries, acting as the critical link between Product Engineering, Product Support, Systems Engineering, and Database Administration to ensure efficient, customer-satisfying resolutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting complex software issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, consulting directly with clients to identify root causes, taking ownership of technical problems to resolve them at the source, qualifying and prioritizing development issues based on business impact, assisting with communication and testing for scheduled maintenance and feature releases, and driving rapid resolution with speed and agility to match customer urgency.
