• • The Technical Support Engineer II role at Delinea is critical to ensuring customer success by providing expert post-sale technical support for the company’s Identity Security Platform, directly contributing to the protection of human and machine identities for global enterprises.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing and documenting customer-reported issues, investigating and reproducing case scenarios, formulating and communicating resolution plans, gathering necessary resources, and delivering clear, professional customer responses with accurate documentation of corrective actions.
• • The role sits within Delinea’s Global Technical Support team, a passionate and innovative group supporting a cloud-native, AI-powered platform that secures identities across cloud, traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS, and AI environments, backed by TPG and committed to diversity, innovation, and operational excellence.
