📋 Description

• As a Technical Support Engineer at Protex AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of AI-powered safety systems deployed across global industrial facilities, directly contributing to safer workplaces for industry leaders like DHL, Amazon, and Tesla.
• Day to day, you will debug and resolve camera and networking issues on Linux systems via AWS, monitor system health using CloudWatch logs, troubleshoot edge-to-cloud integration problems, support client-facing teams with technical explanations, and contribute to knowledge base development by documenting solutions.
• You will join the Technical Operations (Tech Ops) team, which maintains the edge-to-cloud foundation powering Protex AI’s intelligent operating system, ensuring scalable data infrastructure and resilient backend services for real-time computer vision applications at global scale.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AWS, Python, Linux systems, and technical troubleshooting while developing stakeholder management skills and gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI safety technology used by Fortune 500 enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated AWS experience
• Demonstrated expertise with Python
• Demonstrated experience with Linux/Unix and Git, including networking and the command-line interface
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
