• • As a Technical Support L3 Engineer at Redis, you will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers using Redis Enterprise Software, playing a critical role in ensuring high-performance database operations for name-brand clients worldwide.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include reproducing customer issues, conducting root cause analysis, documenting solutions, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams, analyzing performance across cloud and on-premises deployments, managing escalations, advocating for customers, and contributing to product development and training initiatives.
