- • This contract Technical Writer role at SavvyMoney, Inc. is critical for creating clear, structured training documentation that empowers users to confidently navigate the company’s SaaS platform, directly supporting customer success and product adoption across 1,600+ financial institution partners.
- • Day to day, the writer will author end-user training manuals, onboarding guides, and how-to documentation; collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture accurate feature details; create annotated screenshots and visual walkthroughs; maintain and update content as the product evolves; organize documentation in knowledge base tools like Notion or Confluence; and gather feedback from customer success and support teams to continuously improve usability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of technical writing experience, ideally for software products
- • Strong command of written English with clear, concise communication style
- • Proficiency with tools like Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence
- • Ability to self-manage deadlines with minimal oversight
- • Portfolio of previous technical writing or documentation samples
- • Comfortable learning and navigating web-based SaaS platforms quickly
