• • The Technical Writer Intern will support Flexera’s Knowledge Management team by editing and refining knowledge base articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s style guide, directly improving user experience for over 50,000 global customers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include editing and formatting articles using the Flexera Knowledge Base Style Guide, leveraging an AI-powered editing tool to enhance clarity and tone, ensuring terminology and branding consistency, collaborating with subject matter experts to verify technical accuracy, validating AI-generated edits, and tracking all changes in the content management system.
