You will be instrumental in guiding clients towards achieving their long-term business objectives through innovative technology strategies.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client needs and translating them into actionable technology roadmaps. This involves building and nurturing robust relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent service, and proactively identifying opportunities to introduce and expand value-adding services that align with client goals and WLT Group's capabilities.
  • • You will be tasked with translating complex cloud and digital transformation concepts into clear, concise, and compelling insights. This ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial for driving consensus and facilitating informed decision-making at all levels of the client organization.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work hand-in-hand with internal technology, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure that all proposed and implemented solutions are not only technically sound but also scalable, secure, cost-effective, and perfectly aligned with both client objectives and WLT Group's strategic imperatives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve translating high-level client objectives into concrete, cloud-aligned technology strategies. This requires a strategic mindset and the ability to foresee future needs and opportunities.
  • • You will oversee the successful delivery of a range of cloud services, including architecture design, migration projects, modernization initiatives, and ongoing managed services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities for service expansion and developing multi-year technology roadmaps will be essential for fostering account growth and deepening client partnerships.
  • • Close collaboration with technical teams is vital to guarantee the quality, alignment, and timely execution of all project deliverables.
  • • You will provide critical insights into emerging cloud trends, cost optimization strategies, security best practices, and operational excellence, positioning WLT Group as a thought leader.
  • • Effective risk management, escalation handling, and clear communication across both client and internal stakeholder groups are paramount to maintaining project momentum and client satisfaction.
  • • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering comprehensive quarterly business reviews and detailed long-term account plans, showcasing progress, value delivered, and future opportunities.
  • • Representing WLT Group at client governance boards will involve presenting strategy updates, key performance indicators (KPIs), incident reports, and financial information, demonstrating accountability and transparency.
  • • Overseeing security and compliance obligations, including adherence to standards like Cyber Essentials Plus, ISMS requirements, vulnerability management, and penetration testing, is a critical aspect of safeguarding client and company interests.
  • • You will also coordinate and manage the performance of subcontractors and multi-party suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • • Developing and executing multi-year account strategies that are tightly aligned with both client business objectives and commercial goals is a core competency.
  • • Demonstrating strong knowledge of cloud platforms, architectures, and modernization techniques will enable you to guide clients effectively.
  • • Building and maintaining effective, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders while adeptly managing complex and competing priorities is essential for success.
  • • Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, preparing compelling business cases, negotiating scope, and achieving consistent account growth will be highly valued.
  • • The ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences, leveraging data and insights to support decision-making, is a non-negotiable skill.
