- • As Managing Director of Technology and Innovation at Riveron Consulting, you will lead strategic ERP transformation initiatives focused on NetSuite implementations, driving business growth and operational excellence for clients across complex, multi-entity organizations.
- • You will oversee full lifecycle NetSuite implementations, develop growth strategies for Riveron’s ERP offerings, mentor high-performing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on digital finance transformation and technology strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • 14+ years of consulting or technology leadership experience, with at least 4 years in senior management or executive roles
- • Extensive experience leading NetSuite implementations and ERP transformation programs across complex, multi-entity organizations
- • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions enhancing financial management, operations, supply chain, and reporting processes
- • Recognized as a trusted advisor with strong executive presence and deep understanding of digital finance transformation
- • Passionate about client success, team development, and operational excellence with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes
