- • As a Technology Data Analytics Apprentice at Allstate, you will play a vital role in enabling data-driven decision-making across digital product teams by supporting Power BI adoption and analytics workflows, directly contributing to improved customer experiences and operational efficiency in a company with over 90 years of innovation in protection and risk management.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in a real-world business intelligence environment, working closely with product teams to solve analytics challenges, all while being part of a mission-driven organization that values curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous learning in service of protecting families and their belongings.
- • Support initial Power BI onboarding for digital product teams by guiding them through setup, configuration, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of analytics tools.
- • Help troubleshoot and resolve Power BI report issues by diagnosing data connectivity, visualization, and performance problems, providing timely solutions to maintain report accuracy and usability.
- • Answer questions and provide solutions through product team support channels, acting as a first-line resource for analytics-related inquiries and escalating complex issues when needed.
- • Process ServiceNow requests related to analytics tools and reporting, ensuring timely tracking, prioritization, and resolution of user needs in alignment with service level expectations.
- • Learn how BI tools fit into larger digital product ecosystems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data flows, integration points, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
- • Work with product teams to improve analytics processes and user experience by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and recommending enhancements that increase self-service capabilities and reduce time-to-insight.
