- • The TechOps team at incident.io is the backbone of our operational efficiency, dedicated to ensuring every employee has seamless access to the tools and resources they need to thrive from day one.
- • We are seeking a proactive and innovative TechOps Engineer to establish and lead our US-based TechOps operations, working collaboratively with our UK team to build scalable foundations, robust systems, and impactful automation.

- • You will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of employee technology, from procurement and provisioning of hardware to ensuring seamless identity and access management across our diverse technology stack.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass owning our macOS fleet, ensuring devices are up-to-date, secure, and performant, thereby maximizing employee productivity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in building or scaling TechOps functions within a growth-stage technology company, with a demonstrated ability to create systems and processes from the ground up.
- • Strong technical proficiency in identity and access management (e.g., Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM), Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (specifically Kandji), and general SaaS administration.
- • A solid background in hands-on technical support, with a deep understanding of what constitutes excellent service delivery and a keen eye for detail.
- • Practical experience managing office infrastructure, including networking, AV equipment, meeting room setups, and physical access control systems.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions, tooling, or improved processes.
