  • • Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge networking technology and a proven track record in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Broadcast industries? NETGEAR, a global leader in connected solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Account Manager to spearhead our sales and business development initiatives across Canada. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and championing innovative AV over IP solutions within key enterprise accounts.
  • • As a Territory Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic driver for NETGEAR's commercial and broadcast AV business within your assigned territory. Your mission will be to deeply understand the evolving needs of AV integrators, consultants, and end-customers, and to effectively position NETGEAR's robust portfolio of networking products as the foundational technology for their most critical projects. This involves not just selling products, but architecting solutions and providing expert guidance that empowers our partners to deliver exceptional AV experiences.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to developing and meticulously executing a comprehensive territory strategy for Canada. This strategic roadmap will guide your efforts in identifying high-potential markets, understanding competitive landscapes, and pinpointing key accounts that can benefit most from NETGEAR's advanced networking capabilities. A critical component of this role is accurate sales forecasting. You will be responsible for conducting detailed sales forecasts for specific accounts, geographic markets, and industry verticals, providing valuable insights to the broader sales and leadership teams.
  • • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work hand-in-hand with our dedicated NETGEAR distribution team to ensure that key accounts have seamless access to appropriate discount structures and support, maximizing their ability to serve their clients. Furthermore, you will partner closely with distribution sales teams to collaboratively identify and target high-value accounts and emerging markets, creating a unified front for NETGEAR's growth. This cross-functional teamwork extends to engaging with colleagues across Sales, OEM, Marketing, and Design Engineering to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, ensuring that NETGEAR remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with AV integrators, consultants, and end-customers. You will conduct informative meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and provide in-depth education on NETGEAR's comprehensive suite of solutions. This requires a deep understanding of not only our products but also the broader AV ecosystem and the specific challenges faced by these stakeholders. Staying abreast of the latest product developments and industry trends is paramount. You will be expected to continuously update your knowledge base to serve as an expert consultant, offering insightful advice and solutions that address complex networking requirements in the AV space.
  • • This is a remote position, ideally based in the Toronto area, offering the flexibility to manage your territory effectively across Canada. However, the role demands a willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events, fostering strong relationships and driving business forward. If you are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for technology, and a drive to achieve exceptional results, we invite you to join our innovative team and help shape the future of connectivity at NETGEAR.
  • • At NETGEAR, we are driven by a mission to unleash the full potential of connectivity. We transform groundbreaking ideas into intelligent networking products that empower individuals, fuel businesses, and enhance the way we live. Our culture is built on a foundation of performance, talent, and a deep commitment to our customers. We value our employees as the essential architects of our success, fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and mutual respect thrive. We encourage you to bring your unique perspective and drive to NETGEAR, where you can dare to transform the future, connect and delight our customers, communicate courageously, and collaborate to win together. Join us and make a significant impact in the ever-evolving world of networking.
