- • This Tier 3 Technician role is a senior-level IT Support Specialist position supporting a U.S.-based IT services environment, critical for resolving complex technical issues that impact client operations and service continuity.
- • The person will provide advanced Level 3 technical troubleshooting, administer Office 365, Google Workspace, and AWS, support Windows/Linux/macOS/Windows Server systems, manage networking and security tools, use automation/scripting, document resolutions, and communicate via email and Microsoft Teams while adhering to SLA expectations.
- • Freelance Latin America connects skilled professionals in Venezuela with U.S.-based IT service providers, offering remote opportunities within structured, client-aligned workflows using tools like HaloPSA and emphasizing professionalism and reliability.
- • The person can deepen expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise security, scripting, and MSP operations while gaining experience with international teams, professional ticketing systems, and career growth through structured training and exposure to modern IT processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong senior-level L3 technical troubleshooting background
- • Experience administering Office 365, Google Workspace, and AWS
- • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and Windows Server support
- • Networking knowledge including IP addressing, DNS, and related troubleshooting
- • Experience with email filtering, IT security tools, backup tools, firewalls, and virtualization platforms
- • Automation or scripting experience
- • Excellent customer service skills in a client-facing environment
- • Professional English fluency
- • Familiarity with tools such as ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne, MSP360, HaloPSA, IT Glue, Autotask, Syncro, Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, or Todyl is a plus
- • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
