- • The Title Express Processor at Copart, Inc. plays a critical role in supporting auto insurance companies by managing vehicle title procurement and related paperwork, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and facilitating smooth transactions between sellers, buyers, and financial institutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include opening and scanning mail, handling call queues for title inquiries and claim updates, preparing and sending Total Loss Packets per state requirements, conducting initial and follow-up calls to vehicle owners and lien holders to secure payoff information and documents, reviewing mail for compliance, launching 'Okay to Pay' authorizations, monitoring shared inboxes, and performing other assigned tasks while meeting internal cycle times and auditable standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of office customer service experience
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Proficiency in basic office equipment and Microsoft products
- • Ability to identify and analyze vehicle title documents per company and state guidelines
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong customer service skills and attitude
