- • Lead analysis and administration of core total rewards programs including retirement, equity, and employee perks, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and operational excellence.
- • Support the design, analysis, and rollout of total rewards initiatives spanning compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs aligned with business strategy and employee engagement goals.
- • Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and perform financial modeling to evaluate program ROI, cost implications, and effectiveness in driving talent retention and performance.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and People Operations teams to ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution of total rewards programs.
- • Assist in M&A due diligence and integration activities by analyzing acquired compensation and benefits structures and helping harmonize equity and benefits frameworks post-acquisition.
- • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to track program utilization, employee sentiment, and performance metrics for leadership decision-making.
- • Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to automate routine analyses, improve data accuracy, and generate actionable insights for continuous program improvement.
- • Ensure data integrity across all total rewards systems with high attention to detail and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate organizational objectives into tailored total rewards solutions that support growth and employee satisfaction.
- • Participate in occasional in-person meetings and team events in the Syracuse, NY area or other global company locations as needed to foster collaboration and alignment.
- • Operate in a hybrid work model with flexibility to work remotely or onsite based on business needs; no mandated office days, with in-person presence determined by team judgment.
- • Contribute to the evolution of PAR’s Total Rewards function by integrating data, design, and business performance to create a strategic, employee-centric rewards ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, equity, or total rewards analysis
- • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- • Interest in using AI and analytics to enhance reporting, insight generation, and program efficiency
- • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders
- • Organized, curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment where iteration and improvement are part of the culture
