- • As a Training Specialist (CPT), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our Customer Support and Field Sales teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure these vital teams are consistently equipped with the latest product knowledge, proficient in our operational processes, and adept at utilizing our tools. This comprehensive training will empower them to deliver a high-quality customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and facilitate the swift and secure rollout of new products and features.
- • This role is instrumental in owning and managing the entire training lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that cover everything from initial onboarding for new hires to continuous upskilling for existing team members. Furthermore, you will oversee our knowledge management systems, ensuring that accurate and accessible information is readily available, and implement certification processes to validate competency.
- • A key aspect of your contribution will be change enablement. As Mama Money continues to innovate and expand, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our teams are prepared for and embrace new initiatives, processes, and technologies. This involves not just imparting information but fostering a mindset of adaptability and continuous learning.
- • You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Product, Operations, and Customer Support leadership, to identify training needs, develop relevant content, and measure the effectiveness of your initiatives. This cross-functional partnership is crucial for aligning training efforts with business objectives and ensuring that our teams are always ahead of the curve.
- • Responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments to pinpoint skill gaps and areas for development within the Customer Support and Field Sales functions. Based on these assessments, you will design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises, tailored to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
- • You will be responsible for delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually, creating a positive and interactive learning environment. This includes facilitating workshops, leading group discussions, and providing one-on-one coaching to address individual learning needs.
- • Maintaining and updating our internal knowledge base will be a critical function, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and easily searchable. This includes product guides, process flows, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
- • Developing and implementing assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the knowledge retention of participants. This may involve creating quizzes, practical assessments, and performance monitoring tools.
- • Staying abreast of industry best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and training technologies to continuously improve our training methodologies and ensure they remain cutting-edge.
- • Contributing to the development and refinement of our onboarding program to ensure new employees are quickly integrated into the Mama Money culture and become productive members of the team.
- • Supporting the rollout of new products and features by developing and delivering timely and effective training to relevant teams, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing customer impact.
- • Analyzing training data and feedback to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
- • Championing a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a Training Specialist, Learning & Development, or similar role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
- • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- • Proficiency in developing training materials using various tools and technologies (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning authoring tools).
- • Experience with knowledge management systems and content creation.
- • Ability to analyze training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
