- • Lead high-impact buy-side and sell-side financial due-diligence engagements for private-equity funds and strategic (public & private) acquirers across manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail & hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction and business-services sectors. You will quarterback every phase—from scoping and staffing to final deliverable—ensuring clients receive the crisp, data-driven insight they need to price, structure and close transformational M&A deals.
- • Own the quality, accuracy and storytelling of deliverables: compile and normalize historical financial statements, build QoE / NWC / debt-like adjustments, identify key KPI trends, and translate findings into concise, executive-ready board decks and data books that withstand investor, lender and auditor scrutiny.
- • Act as the primary client contact for C-suite, PE partners and corporate development leaders, guiding them through red-flag sessions, management presentations and post-close integration planning. Your credibility and poise in high-stakes conversations will directly influence go/no-go decisions and earn repeat mandates.
- • Build and expand Aprio’s Transaction Advisory Services footprint in new and existing markets. You will craft market-entry strategies, network with PE firms, investment banks and law firms, and convert relationships into multi-year revenue streams—positioning Aprio as the go-to diligence partner nationwide.
- • Drive organic growth by cross-selling Aprio’s broader advisory, tax, assurance and technology solutions. Map client needs to service lines, coordinate pursuit teams, and co-author thought-leadership pieces that showcase Aprio’s differentiated value proposition.
- • Mentor, coach and inspire a high-performing team of managers, seniors and associates. Provide real-time feedback on technical skills, client communication and project economics while championing Aprio’s culture of collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement.
- • Manage project economics with precision—scoping budgets, tracking realization, mitigating scope creep and ensuring engagements meet or exceed margin targets. Your commercial acumen will protect profitability while delivering exceptional client experiences.
- • Champion firm-wide innovation by piloting new data-analytics tools, automation templates and sector-specific playbooks that reduce turnaround time and elevate insight quality. Share best practices across offices to scale expertise and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Represent Aprio at industry conferences, webinars and roundtables, elevating brand visibility and generating qualified leads. Your thought leadership will reinforce Aprio’s reputation as a forward-thinking, nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
