- • Lead major client implementation programs for Kraken’s AI-driven energy management platform, ensuring successful deployment of smart grid, billing, CRM, and meter data management systems for global energy utilities.
- • Drive transformation initiatives that optimize renewable energy generation, enhance grid intelligence, and improve customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS) and AI-powered communications.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key energy utility clients, managing end-to-end project delivery from onboarding through go-live and post-implementation support.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to align client objectives with Kraken’s platform capabilities and roadmap.
- • Translate complex technical solutions into clear strategic value for utility executives, leveraging bilingual fluency in English and Greek to facilitate communication with European clients.
- • Identify and mitigate implementation risks across international energy markets, ensuring compliance with regional regulatory frameworks and operational standards.
- • Champion Kraken’s mission to reshape the global energy sector by accelerating adoption of sustainable, AI-enabled energy systems that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics to track progress against client KPIs and organizational goals.
- • Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Kraken’s platform by utility teams, including billing, customer service, and operations departments.
- • Stay current on evolving energy regulations, renewable energy trends, and digital transformation benchmarks in the utilities sector to inform client strategy and platform enhancements.
- • Represent Kraken at industry events and client meetings, articulating the company’s vision for a sustainable, intelligent energy future.
- • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt implementation approaches for local market conditions while maintaining global platform consistency.
- • Monitor client satisfaction and operational performance post-implementation, driving continuous improvement through feedback loops and data-driven insights.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with utility decision-makers, positioning Kraken as a strategic partner in their energy transition journey.
- • Ensure all client deliverables meet Kraken’s quality standards and are aligned with the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Greek (bilingual communication required)
- • Proven experience leading large-scale technology implementations in the energy utilities sector
- • Deep understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, and CRM in utility operations
- • Demonstrated success managing client-facing transformation programs with complex technical platforms
