• • Playson Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's cash flow, financial transactions, and banking relationships across the European Union. As a Treasury Manager, you will be at the forefront of financial operations, responsible for the complete lifecycle of payments, from execution to reconciliation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining strict adherence to schedules. Your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health and stability of the organization, enabling strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
• • A core responsibility of this position is the full execution of all outgoing payments. This involves meticulous planning, verification, and processing of payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all transactions are accurate, compliant with financial regulations and internal policies, and are processed precisely on schedule, minimizing any disruption to business operations and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• • Equally critical is the diligent control of incoming payments and the proactive tracking of all cash inflows. You will monitor all revenue streams, ensure timely receipt of funds, and maintain a clear, up-to-date record of all cash movements into the company. This involves close collaboration with sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays promptly.
• • The accurate recording of all treasury transactions is paramount. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting every financial activity within the 1C accounting system, using bank statements as the primary source of truth. This ensures that our financial records are always precise, auditable, and reflect the true financial position of the company.
• • You will play a key role in cash flow accounting, operating within the established management reporting framework. This includes forecasting short-term and long-term cash needs, managing liquidity, and providing insights into cash flow patterns to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• • Regular and thorough bank reconciliations will be a fundamental part of your duties. You will perform these reconciliations diligently, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between bank records and the company's internal accounting records. Your ability to investigate and rectify these variances efficiently will be crucial for maintaining financial integrity.
• • A proactive approach to process improvement is highly valued. You will be expected to identify gaps or inefficiencies within existing treasury processes and take the initiative to drive improvements. This could involve implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, or developing best practices to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
