📋 Description

• • As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Yubo, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and positive environment for millions of Gen Z users on the Social Discovery app by investigating safety-related incidents and providing objective enforcement decisions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include investigating and assessing user reports, conducting risk assessments, monitoring livestreams in real time, identifying operational or policy gaps, reporting technical bugs, analyzing emerging trends in your market, and contributing to process improvements and cross-functional safety initiatives.
• • Yubo is an international, multicultural team committed to building a safe digital space for its community, with safety embedded in its DNA and a proactive approach focused on user protection, support, and education, while collaborating with industry partners and NGOs to set child protection standards.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in online risk and abuse specific to social and dating platforms, sharpen your analytical and decision-making skills under pressure, gain experience in real-time moderation and risk escalation, and contribute to shaping industry-leading safety practices while working remotely with a global team.
