📋 Description
- • As a UI Designer at Immersive Labs Limited, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and functional evolution of the Immersive One platform, a leading global cyber resilience solution, by creating polished, accessible, and scalable user interfaces that delight users and support complex product workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing high-quality platform interfaces, building intuitive and structured designs for complex workflows, developing reusable UI components and patterns, evolving the design system, collaborating with engineers to ensure buildability and quality, using AI tools to accelerate prototyping and exploration, and supporting design QA and implementation guidance.
- • You will join a talented, inclusive, and customer-centric Product team within a fast-growing cybersecurity company founded in 2017, now with over 300 employees globally and backed by more than £150 million in funding, recognized as a Best Place to Work multiple times.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in design systems, scalable UI patterns, AI-assisted design workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams, while raising the quality bar of a flagship platform used globally to assess and improve cyber resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in UI design, visual design, and design systems
- • A strong portfolio showing polished digital product work
- • Excellent visual design fundamentals and strong attention to detail
- • Experience working with or contributing to design systems, including reusable components, documentation, design tokens, or Storybook-style workflows
- • Confidence designing reusable patterns, components, and scalable interface solutions
- • Experience working closely with product designers and engineers to create practical, buildable UI, with exposure to front-end engineers or design-system implementation
