Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Shape the future of digital fashion by crafting pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces for CLO Virtual Fashion’s ecosystem—CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, CONNECT, and next-gen e-commerce virtual fitting solutions used by millions of designers, brands, and consumers worldwide.
- • Own the end-to-end UI process from early wireframes to final Figma hand-off, ensuring every screen scales gracefully across 14 global offices and dozens of languages while staying ruthlessly consistent with our evolving design system.
- • Partner daily with product managers in Seoul, business developers in New York, and front-end engineers in Bengaluru to translate complex 3D garment-simulation workflows into simple, elegant web components that cut onboarding time by half.
- • Build and extend our component libraries in Figma—leveraging Auto Layout, variants, and shared styles—so new features ship 30 % faster and every button, tooltip, and data table feels unmistakably “CLO.”
- • Run rapid usability tests with internal super-users and external fashion houses, turning qualitative feedback into measurable UI improvements that lift task-success rates and reduce support tickets.
- • Produce lightweight documentation and Loom walkthroughs that empower remote teams to replicate patterns correctly, eliminating redundant design QA and freeing you to focus on high-impact problems.
- • Champion accessibility and responsive design standards, guaranteeing that our SaaS platforms remain WCAG 2.2 compliant and mobile-friendly for buyers checking garment fits on factory floors.
- • Experiment boldly—test dark-mode palettes, micro-animations, and progressive disclosure patterns that transform dense 3D parameter panels into delightful, confidence-inspiring experiences.
- • Mentor junior designers through weekly Figma jams and code-friendly design specs, raising the bar for visual hierarchy, spacing, and typography across all products.
- • Present quarterly design retrospectives to executive leadership, quantifying your impact on user activation, retention, and revenue, and influencing the 2025 product roadmap with data-driven storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years professional UI/UX experience with a portfolio of clean, modern web applications
- • Expert-level Figma skills: Auto Layout, component libraries, variants, and interactive prototyping

- • Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, grid systems, color theory, and accessibility best practices
- • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Nice-to-have: experience with 3D, fashion-tech, or remote multinational teams
🏖️ Benefits
- • Relocation assistance to Bengaluru plus modern, pet-friendly office in EcoSpace with standing desks and 3D garment labs
- • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and stock-option plan tied to global growth
- • Flexible festival leave, 24 annual PTO days, and “no-meeting Fridays” to protect deep-work time
- • Global learning budget for conferences, Udemy courses, and paid trips to CLO design summits in Seoul, Paris, or LA
