UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• • The UI/UX Designer will own the design of the company’s entire digital presence, focusing on creating premium, high-converting experiences across landing pages, product pages, email templates, and launch assets for a fast-growing DTC brand targeting U.S. consumers with premium health and wellness products.
• • Day to day, the designer will create and optimize landing and product pages for paid traffic channels like Meta and Google, design conversion-focused email templates, build A/B testing variations, and deliver production-ready Figma files for developer handoff while maintaining a dark, masculine brand aesthetic.
• • The company is a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer brand scaling rapidly in the health and wellness space, emphasizing conversion-driven digital experiences and performance marketing, with a strong focus on mobile-first, high-impact design to support paid traffic campaigns.
• • In this role, the designer will directly impact conversion rates and customer experience, build and maintain design systems, collaborate closely with leadership, and gain expertise in performance-driven design for e-commerce environments through continuous iteration and data-informed optimization.
