- • As a UI UX Product Designer at Semperis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of core security and identity products that protect organizations from cyber threats, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being a Force for Good in cybersecurity.
- • You will lead end-to-end product design for strategic features, from initial research and ideation through wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and usability testing, ensuring solutions are both intuitive and aligned with business goals in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate product vision into actionable designs and partner with Engineering during implementation to ensure design fidelity and feasibility, acting as a bridge between user needs and technical execution.
- • You will work within a mature, global design team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning, offering mentorship opportunities and exposure to complex enterprise security challenges.
- • You will have the autonomy to own the full design lifecycle independently, allowing you to deepen your expertise in enterprise UX, refine your strategic thinking, and build a portfolio of impactful work that influences real-world security outcomes.
- • You will grow your skills in user-centered design methodologies, advanced Figma techniques, agile workflows, and cross-functional communication, positioning yourself as a strategic design contributor in the cybersecurity industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Product Designer in B2B or SaaS environments
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing B2B/SaaS products with clear case studies showing process and impact
- • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems
- • Ability to lead end-to-end design processes independently, from research to implementation support
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration across global teams
- • Experience working in agile environments with a track record of meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
