📋 Description

• The US Payroll Tax Operations Specialist partners with the Payroll Operations team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll tax processes for customers across the United States, playing a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational accuracy in a fast-paced, global HR technology environment.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and calculations; responding to tax-related inquiries from internal teams, customers, and tax authorities; resolving discrepancies; maintaining documentation; supporting audit preparations; and acting as a subject matter expert on payroll tax issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll tax, payroll operations, or a related field
• PEO experience is a MUST HAVE
• MasterTax experience is a MUST HAVE
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, compliance requirements, and filing processes
• Experience navigating local, regional, and country-specific payroll tax requirements
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
