📋 Description

• • As a Principal Product Designer at Praxent, you will lead the delivery of outstanding user experiences across a diverse portfolio of financial services projects, shaping vision, guiding design strategy, and ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs.
• • Day to day, you will define success by estimating and leading product design engagements, lead design through UX/UI mastery and workshop facilitation, innovate delightfully by creating compelling client value, and mentor emerging talent while managing resources and providing feedback to strengthen team cohesion.
