- • Own the end-to-end testing and validation of new user acquisition channels including TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, Meta, and emerging advertising platforms.
- • Design and execute structured experimentation roadmaps to evaluate new audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative concepts, and acquisition funnels.
- • Apply deep expertise in Meta Ads best practices to inform testing strategies across both established and emerging channels, including running and optimizing Meta campaigns when relevant.
- • Build statistically sound testing frameworks and hypotheses to ensure experiments generate actionable, data-driven business insights.
- • Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis (CPI → CPA → ROAS → LTV) to identify performance drivers and assess the scalability of new acquisition opportunities.
- • Lead creative experimentation in partnership with designers and content creators, driving continuous learning through structured A/B tests on ad creatives and messaging.
- • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau to uncover insights, track experiment performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- • Partner with Data, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and alignment on experiment design and execution.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of attribution models and incrementality testing to evaluate channel performance and make informed investment decisions.
- • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, automate performance analysis, streamline reporting workflows, and improve testing efficiency.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and new user acquisition opportunities to identify future growth drivers for wellness apps.
- • Manage campaign budgets across multiple channels with a focus on maximizing return on ad spend while maintaining rigorous performance standards.
- • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on growth priorities.
- • Monitor and analyze mobile app marketing metrics including Web2App funnels, install attribution, retention, and lifetime value to guide acquisition strategy.
- • Continuously optimize campaign performance based on real-time data, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve efficiency and scale profitable channels.
- • Ensure all acquisition activities align with company-wide goals of scaling wellness apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to improve user health outcomes globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing for B2C companies
- • Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads with deep understanding of platform best practices
- • Experience managing campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap, or other emerging acquisition platforms
- • Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with ability to derive actionable insights
- • Advanced experience using Tableau (required) and other BI tools such as Looker
- • Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar mobile attribution platforms
