- • Executes the structure and flow of digital solutions including websites, apps, and software to ensure intuitive and logical user interactions
- • Designs clear and easy-to-understand UX experiences even when handling complex, data-heavy interfaces
- • Facilitates internal workshops and presentations on design thinking, leadership strategy, and design team workflows
- • Researches industry-wide user information to uncover insights that improve product effectiveness and user outcomes
- • Implements design concepts and experiences for corporate websites and digital platforms
- • Coaches Product Designers on user experience methodologies, best practices, and design approaches
- • Analyzes existing and potential websites to provide actionable recommendations grounded in user experience best practices
- • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design, deploy, and test UI enhancements and technical solutions that meet company, client, and end-user needs
- • Creates comprehensive deliverables such as sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and journey maps to effectively communicate proposed UX designs
- • Ensures all design work complies with company policies and industry standards
- • Performs additional duties as assigned to support digital product development and user-centered design initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience
- • 2–4 years of related experience in UX design or a closely related field
- • Experience with journey mapping, sitemaps, user flows, and wireframing
- • Experience with digital design tools and user experience methodologies
- • Ability to work independently and identify basic problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- • Intermediate proficiency in seeking knowledge within area of specialty
