• You will be deeply involved in the entire design lifecycle, from initial user research and conceptualization through to the final delivery of high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development, to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Translate research findings and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the user's perspective in all product development stages.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and cross-functional team input.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
