- • Help organizations design intuitive, human-centered software that cements their place in the digital economy.

- • Measure whether the work did what it was supposed to.
- • Help the people around you get better, teammates and client teams both, by sharing what you know while you're doing the work.
- • Speak up. If you see something that could be better, say something, no matter whose job it "is."
- • Keep growing through training, mentorship, and whatever else helps you get where you want to go.
🎯 Requirements
- • Five-ish years of experience in UX design.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
