- • As a UX Engineer at Propelus Inc., you will design and ship user experiences for healthcare compliance platforms, bridging design and front-end development to create intuitive, accessible interfaces for the CE Broker professional application and Evercheck HR compliance tools.
- • You will lead end-to-end design processes—from user research and wireframing to building production-ready React and Tailwind CSS code—using AI tools like Claude Design to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, accessibility, and design system consistency.
- • You will join the Product team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex UX challenges in regulated healthcare environments where ADA compliance, clarity, and trust are non-negotiable.
- • In this Level III individual contributor role, you will elevate design-engineering collaboration, own and extend the design system, and drive quality standards across shipped work while gaining deep expertise in AI-assisted development and healthcare UX.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer with a strong portfolio of shipped products
- • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred) and front-end development using React and Tailwind CSS to produce production-ready code
- • Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools (e.g., Claude Design), including judgment on when to refine AI output manually
- • Experience building and maintaining design systems, including components, tokens, and documentation
- • Strong grasp of user-centered design, product thinking, and ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
