📋 Description

• As a UX Product Designer at WEX Inc., you will act as a hybrid creative and technical powerhouse bridging design and engineering to build the future of fintech experiences in Corporate Payments.
• You will prototype using Figma and AI-assisted tools like Cursor, maintain work in GitHub, design for real interaction with attention to accessibility and responsiveness, and refine AI-generated code to ensure engineering can translate it into production.
• You will join a multi-disciplinary team of designers and researchers to create world-class fintech products, contributing to problem framing, information architecture, research synthesis, usability testing, and design system alignment using internal shadcn-based components.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-augmented design workflows, end-to-end user research and usability testing, and collaborative product development—gaining impact by accelerating delivery while shaping intuitive, accessible experiences for business users.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of UX/Product Design experience
• Ability to build and edit frontend prototypes using industry standard design tools like Figma
• Experience using at least one AI coding tool (Cursor is a strong plus)
• Strong collaboration habits with engineers and product partners
• Strong experience running User Research and Usability tests end-to-end
• Advanced English proficiency
