📋 Description

• As a Mid-Senior UX Researcher at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping product experiences by conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and designing intuitive wireframes for desktop and mobile platforms, directly influencing product usability and user satisfaction across health, education, and entertainment domains.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting competitor and market research, analyzing existing user interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Visily or Figma, developing user personas and journey maps, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, validating designs through A/B testing and usability studies, documenting findings, and staying current with UX trends and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, and similar design tools
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards
• Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs
