- • As a Mid-Senior UX Researcher at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy and enhancing user experience by conducting research, analyzing behavior, and designing intuitive wireframes for desktop and mobile platforms.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting competitor and market research, analyzing existing user interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Visily or Figma, developing user personas and journey maps, collaborating with product and design teams, validating designs through A/B testing and interviews, documenting findings, and staying current with UX trends and best practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design
- • Proficiency in Visily (preferred), Figma, and similar design tools
- • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards
- • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
- • Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- • Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven UX decisions
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- • Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs
