- • As a UX Researcher at ICF International, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and advocating for end users while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to optimize product prototypes, validate product and design decisions, and deliver high-quality experiences.
- • Day to day, you will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, synthesize secondary research, translate insights into powerful stories, distill findings into actionable insights, advocate for customer and user needs, collaborate on product designs, validate them with users, and support UX solution development through ideation sessions, rapid testing, and usability testing.
- • You will be embedded in a growing team of designers, researchers, and writers supporting federal government clients, specifically in federal healthcare IT projects such as those with the US Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, working to build and modernize enterprise software applications that help the federal government work better and deliver better services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in UX research methodologies, strengthen your ability to communicate user insights effectively, gain experience in federal contracting and healthcare IT environments, and contribute to meaningful projects that improve public services through human-centered design.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 3+ years of applied UX research experience in the software industry
- • Ability to provide 1 or more case studies demonstrating your research process and deliverables
- • Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform work within the US
- • Must have resided in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
- • Must be eligible for public trust
